On October 21, the plenary session of the executive committee for the third CIIE was held in Shanghai. Director of the executive committee, Ministry of Commerce, Zhong Shan, presided over and addressed the meeting. The meeting issued documents for the establishment of the executive committee. The working groups under the executive committee reported the progress of preparations. The meeting studied and arranged for the next-step work and made detailed requirements. Director of the executive committee, Mayor of Shanghai, Gong Zheng, also attended and addressed the meeting. The heads of relevant member organizations participated in the meeting.
